# Instalación

No hace falta tener Go instalado. Los instaladores descargan un binario ya compilado y **verifican su SHA256** contra los checksums publicados con la release antes de tocar nada.

## macOS y Linux

```sh
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oscar1223/kiwi/main/install.sh | sh
```

Instala en `$HOME/.local/bin`. No usa `sudo` en ningún momento, y si ese directorio no está en tu `PATH` te imprime la línea exacta para añadirlo — no toca tu configuración de shell por su cuenta.

Dos variables lo ajustan:

| Variable           | Para qué                                         |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ |
| `KIWI_INSTALL_DIR` | instalar en otro sitio                           |
| `KIWI_VERSION`     | fijar una versión concreta en lugar de la última |

## Windows

irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oscar1223/kiwi/main/install.ps1 | iex
```

Instala en `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\kiwi` y añade esa ruta al `PATH` **de usuario**, sin pedir permisos de administrador.

> **Windows necesita Git Bash o WSL.** La herramienta `bash` de Kiwi ejecuta los comandos con `bash -c`. Sin Git Bash o WSL en el `PATH`, el binario arranca y la interfaz funciona, pero cualquier comando que el agente intente ejecutar fallará.

## Homebrew

```sh
brew install oscar1223/tap/kiwi
```

La fórmula quita sola la cuarentena que macOS pone a los binarios descargados, así que Gatekeeper no la bloquea.

## Scoop

```powershell
scoop bucket add oscar1223 https://github.com/oscar1223/scoop-bucket
scoop install kiwi
```

Los binarios están en [Releases](https://github.com/oscar1223/kiwi/releases), junto con `checksums.txt` para verificarlos.

> En macOS, un archivo descargado **con el navegador** queda en cuarentena. Si Gatekeeper lo bloquea: `xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ./kiwi`. Bajarlo con `curl` o instalarlo con `brew` no tiene ese problema, porque la cuarentena la pone el navegador, no el sistema.

## Desde fuentes

Requiere Go 1.27 o superior:

go install github.com/oscar1223/kiwi/cmd/kiwi@latest
```

## Comprobar que funcionó

```sh
kiwi --version
```

Debe imprimir un número de versión. Si dice `dev`, estás ejecutando una compilación local, no una release.
